Welcome to the Willway's on-line system. This application is meant to facilitate the ordering and management of school orders for both parents and the Willway Parent Advisory Council. We believe that by involving and informing parents we will have a more supportive and effective school environment for our children. It is up to us to work together to ensure our children have the best possible school experience.
ALL STUDENTS (NEW OR RETURNING) for 2017/2018 need to registered your child(ren) for the online hot lunch and milk program and other fundraising events - For returning parents this is done because some parents will forget their account information and it just makes is less frustrating for you.

Click on "Click Here to Register"
Enter Access Code WWHL (all capital letters)
Complete the rest of the registration form. (Including your email address will ensure you receive reminder emails about hot lunch order deadlines, and your child's hot lunch order for the upcoming week)
Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom
Under the TAB “Profile” click onto “Add Student” and follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends Willway School
Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"
Proceed to order hot lunch and/or for the milk program for your child(ren) or
Proceed to order other fundraising events on this website
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PUT YOUR CHILD(REN)'S new DIVISION CLASSROOM NUMBER IN SO THE FOOD CAN BE DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT DIVISION ROOM.
PayPal!!
Willway on-line ordering system is now accepting PayPal and is the preferred method of payment. You may sign up and create a PayPal account or pay as a PayPal guest. Willway PAC is a non-profit organization so there will be PayPal transaction/convenience fee of 2.9% add to your final order.
Cheques and Cash!!
Cheques and cash will still be accepted, however PayPal is the preferred method of payment. If paying with check or cash please be sure to print out a remittance form in order for us to give the right family a credit for their account. Unpaid orders after the closing date will be deleted from the system.
What if my child is absent on Hot lunch day?
If your child is absent and you still wish to pick up their order, please email us at willwayhotlunch@gmail.com (BEFORE 10AM on hotlunch day) and we will save your childs order in the refigerator in the multi purpose room. There are NO refunds if your child is absent. Orders can be edited up until the order closing date (which is ONE week before the hot lunch is handed out). A credit will be applied to your account.
All orders are closed ONE week prior to the next hot lunch. All orders will be placed to our suppliers Thursday morning.
NO late orders will be accepted under any circumstances.
